1. Strict Hardware Functionality

The units provided are explicitly designed as physical, offline environments for local data retention. ТОВ "ПОДІЛЛЯАГРОЗАХИСТ" does NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, hot wallets, or custody services. The product is sold "as-is" solely for local physical security.

2. Limitations of Corporate Liability

ТОВ "ПОДІЛЛЯАГРОЗАХИСТ" is categorically not responsible for any data loss occurring due to physical damage to the hardware post-delivery, lost PIN codes, or compromised offline recovery phrases stored improperly by the end-user.

3. Physical Replacement Warranty

Hardware units are covered by a premium 24-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects under standard, non-abusive offline usage conditions. Intentional tampering with the logic board voids this warranty immediately.
